The developer has not uploaded a ninelives yet...

In this demo, you will experience part of the full game for free, which will help you understand the world view of the game. "NineLives" is a pixelated action-platform shooter game with a Cassette Futurism aesthetic.

You'll step into the shoes of Vlad, a veteran courier, in a world devastated by nuclear warfare. The military AI, "Leviathan," awakens and eliminates its creator, Professor Steinberg, triggering a global nuclear conflict. You thought you could easily get a high salary to retire, but instead you faced the pursuit of gangsters and megacorporation assassins sent by "Leviathan". Use your close-quarters combat skills to deal with various forces in this city, fight the enemies and protect yourself, survive and discover the truth of the matter.

While you may be an aging courier cat (man), your agility is still intact. You can consider mustering up the courage to hold a submachine gun and shoot at the enemy head-on, using various tactical actions/special abilities to avoid damage, or you can sneak up on the enemy and kill him with one blow. There are enough items and props for you to choose from, but please note Your weight-bearing capacity is limited.

Multiple quest lines will lead you through the Liberty Port of "NineLives." Engage with characters from different factions as you gradually uncover legends about your own past and the pre-war world. Moreover, you'll find over 100 different items that can be acquired for trading or purchasing ammunition and weapons.

The game has hand-drawn pixelated main story levels, as well as procedurally generated random maps. In randomized maps, loot locations and layouts constantly change, providing multiple ways to complete missions. As your abilities improve, you will be able to open the entrance to new maps.
